This group encompasses high-quality film products with wall thicknesses below approx. 1.5 mm. Their unique and individual properties are optimized and geared towards the application required: - Very low wall thickness (down to 25 µm) - High transparency and brilliance - Top surface quality (low number of particles and dots) - Flexibility - Mechanical durability/rigidity - Tribological properties (good sliding behavior and high abrasion resistance) - High heat deflection temperature - Individual surface structures - Various colors - Low tolerances regarding especially geometry and surface quality We meet these requirements by carefully selecting suitable plastic materials; the right film structure (monofilms, multi-layer films, fabric composites, etc.) and based on state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
